Effie Ma graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in law. Then she went to University of Southern California to study law and got her master's degree. Effie Ma has the qualification of Chinese lawyer and the lawyer qualification in New York.
Effie Ma specializes in Venture Capital and Private Funds, projects of which covering various business fields such as TMT, culture entertainment, data-base, consumer, O2O, including domestic financing, VIE structure design and financing deal. She has also participated in many projects of the establishment, investment and equity of private funds.
In Corporate and M&A areas, Effie Ma has hands-on experience and has provided legal counsel services for numerous multinational corporations in a variety of transactions, such as corporate restructuring, M & A, spinoff and other general corporate matters. She has the experience of seconding to Bosch Group as legal counsel to provide legal services for Bosch’s business operation in China.
