Candice Feng has more than 7 years’ legal work experience. She specializes in general corporate, capital market, intellectual property, cyber security and manufacture/retail. She has provided extensive legal advices to institutional clients including group companies, listed companies, state-owned enterprises and multinational companies.
Candice’s representative clients include but not limited to Kerry Logistics Network, Alstom, Flextronics, Deutsche Bank AG, New Hope Group, Evergrande Group, NHA Capital Group, 51 Credit, Youe Data, State Grid, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ).
Prior to joining Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm, Candice worked at Schiller Law Group in New York, King & Wood Mallesons and Bytedance (TouTiao/DouYin) in Beijing and a European Law firm in Shanghai.
Candice graduated from Jilin University School of Law, where she completed her LLB in 2009. She obtained her LLM in University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2010. Candice was admitted to New York Bar in 2011 and PRC Bar in 2014.

l Provided general corporate advices to Italian company LOI Thermoprocess GmbH and its Chinese subsidiary LOI Thermoprocess (Tianjin) Co., Ltd;
l Provided compliance advices to GS1 China which is an affiliate of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ).

l Advised Chinese company Evergrande Group’s music business for the purpose of listing on National Equities Exchange and Quotations in China;
l Represented Cast China Fund on its acquisition of a media and film company;
l Represented a Chinese internet media company Ruizhihuasheng on its listing on National Equities Exchange and Quotations in China;
l Provided general legal counsel to a Chinese big data company Youe Data;
l Advising a Chinese P2P company 51 Credit for the purpose of primary listing of the H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

l Advised Brazilian company Plumatex Mattresses Ltd. on its defective product claim against two Chinese companies in connection with a series of hazardous chemical transactions.

l Represented Singapore electronic manufacturing service company Flextronics International Ltd. on its acquisition of Motorola Mobility LLC’s mobility project in China;
l Advised Chinese agribusiness company New Hope Group Co., Ltd. on its proposed acquisition of Australian poultry production company Ingham Enterprises Pty Limited;
l Represented Chinese listed company SF Diamond Co., Ltd. on its acquisition of a Chinese pooling systems company;
l Represented Hong Kong enterprise Kerry Logistics Network Limited on the restructuring of its joint venture in China.

l Represented Deutsche Bank AG on establishing a clean energy private equity fund with an asset management enterprise incorporated by a Chinese local government;
l Advised Hong Kong company Chepstow Capital Advisors Limited on its private equity fund establishment and subsequent investments.
l Advised Chinese company Woxin Capital on its private equity fund establishment and subsequent investments.

l Represented Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. on its primary listing of the H shares on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited;

l Advised a Chinese pharmaceutical company on its restructure for the purpose of its listing of A shares on the main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange;
l Represented Chinese agricultural and livestock company Jiangsu Zhongke Food Joint Stock Limited Company on its listing on National Equities Exchange and Quotations in China;
l Represented Chinese state owned enterprise State Grid Corporation of China on its overseas offering of senior guaranteed notes on the New York Stock Exchange.
